```Duties```
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

-Liasion from insurance companies to lawyers

-Liasion from HR Staff to lawyers and insurance companies
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective legal strategies

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Litigation experience is preferred but not required
